Sharm el Maya is a favourite among water skiers, though: ideally located in a mountainous surrounding, the bay is almost completely sheltered from the winds. Just go down to any of Sharm el Maya beaches, you’ll soon find professional aqua sports clubs who will provide you with the equipment, and instructors who’ll help you learn water skiing or improve your skills.

Pick up from the hotel

Pick up from your hotel in Sharm el Sheikh in the morning and transfer to Sharm el-Maya.

Water skiing

It is a sport where an individual (or more than one individual) is pulled behind a motor boat or a cable ski installation on a body of water wearing one or more skis. The surface area of the ski (or skis) keeps the person skimming on the surface of the water allowing the skier to stand upright while holding the tow rope.
You can experience this unique kind of sport with us at Sharm-el-Maya for the whole 15 monutes, just come and we will help you to ride the waves.
